Seven days. Full refund or store credit, whichever you prefer. No restocking fee.

WHAT WE'LL TAKE BACK
Anything you're not happy with, within seven days of receiving it, as long as
it hasn't been used or damaged. You choose refund or store credit.

WHAT WE CAN'T TAKE BACK
Anything cut to your size. Custom belts are cut to one person's measurement,
so they are final sale. Everything else in the shop is returnable.

ABOUT NEW LEATHER
Genuine leather is stiff when new — wallets especially. That's not a fault,
it's what full-grain leather does before it's been carried. Give it a couple
of weeks and it softens to how you use it.

HOW TO START A RETURN
Contact us with your order number, or bring it to our shop at the Mall at
Wellington Green, Suite 129.
